exfoliate your whole body (focus on elbows, knees & ankles)

shave or wax at least 24 hours prior

apply light lotion 2 consecutive days leading to your tan

shower with mild soap (NO DOVE PRODUCTS or products with oils/moisturizers)

wear loose, dark clothing & open-toed shoes

remove makeup, perfume, & deodorant before appt

shower no sooner than 2 hours before appt time

rinse hands & feet 1 hour after wearing tan

NO SPOAP OR SHAMPOO UNTIL 24 HOURS AFTER SPRAY TAN

avoid getting wet until rinse time

rinse on time with lukewarm water only, no soaps

pay your body dry, do not rub

stay hydrated, moisturize morning & night

light pressire when shaving & applying deorderant

avoid soaking in warm water for extended time
